How do I delete my account?
Open the Statik app, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete account." This permanently removes your profile, all logged sessions, exercise history, sets, templates, goals, and saved skills. The action cannot be undone.
I didn't receive my email confirmation link.
Check your spam or junk folder first. The email comes from noreply@statik-calisthenics.com. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, open the "Check your email" screen in the app and tap "Resend email." If issues persist, reach out to us at support@statik-calisthenics.com.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to set a new password. The link expires after one hour for security.
My workout data isn't syncing or showing correctly.
First, make sure you have a stable internet connection and try pulling to refresh the relevant screen (Home, History, or Analytics). If a session you logged isn't appearing, fully close and reopen the app. Persistent sync issues should be reported to support@statik-calisthenics.com with your account email and a description of what you're seeing.
Can I export my training data?
Data export is on our roadmap and will be available in a future update. In the meantime, you can request an export of your data by emailing privacy@statik-calisthenics.com. We respond to data-access requests within 30 days as required by applicable privacy laws.
Statik suggested I'm ready for the next progression. Is that medical advice?
No. Statik provides training-tracking and self-reported analytics only. Progression suggestions are based on patterns in your logged data — they are not medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Static-strength calisthenics involves real injury risk. Consult a qualified medical professional or coach before attempting any new skill, and never train through pain.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email support@statik-calisthenics.com with as much detail as possible — what you were doing, what you expected, what actually happened, your device model, and your iOS version if relevant. Screenshots help.
Is Statik free? Will there be a paid tier?
Statik is currently free. A paid tier with advanced analytics and additional features is planned for a future release. When it launches, all payments will be handled securely by Apple via the App Store — Statik never sees or stores payment information.
